Single Cycle Ovum Donation
Total Program Fees Average Approx. $12,000-14,500
Included in the program fees:
Compensation for the Donor
A Health Insurance Policy for the Donor
Donor Travel and other Donor Expenses
Agency Fee
The program fee is payable by the Recipient at the time the Donor is selected from our PFC Egg Donor Registry.
The total program fees vary depending on required expenses and whether or not the donor has been used by a recipient in the past. The Donor's expenses include travel, meals and lodging while away from home for the medical procedures that are performed at the PFC site. These expenses vary depending upon the distance the Donor must travel from her residence to the Center. If the reserve for donor expenses is insufficient, then the Recipient will be notified and required to make up the difference. Any portion that is not used will be fully refunded to the Recipient.
The agency fee covers recruitment, psychological screening, management and administrative tasks performed by the agency. All other fees are passed directly on to the appropriate party.
Costs incurred by the donor such as medical screening, medications and the egg retrieval portion of the IVF cycle are billed directly to the recipient by Pacific Fertility Center.
PFC's financial coordinator will provide you with detailed information regarding these fees during your financial consultation.
All fees are subject to change without advance notice. If the couple or individual and PFC have executed a financial agreement, the price stated in the agreement will be honored for the cycle, regardless of any change in fees occurring after the document was signed. |
