PFC Egg Donor Agency “All Inclusive” Fee Schedule
Total Program Fees Average Approx. $14,500-18,000

Included in the program fees:

- Compensation for the Donor: $7,000 First Cycle / $7,500 Repeat Cycle

• Because of PFC EDA's continued efforts to practice medicine within guidelines set forth by ASRM and SART, egg donors participating in our program will NOT be paid above $10,000 per cycle.

• Catastrophic Medical Insurance Policy for the Donor is deducted from donor expenses and is purchased when the donor starts Lupron Injections

- Egg Donor Agency Fee: $6,500 / $5,500 Repeat Fresh Cycle

• Medical & Genetic testing by licensed PFC physicians.
• Psychological Testing (PAI) and evaluation performed by a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Genetic Counseling performed by a Certified Genetic Counselor.
• Genetic testing and preliminary FDA blood work (Cystic Fibrosis, Hepatitis B, ABO and additional testing dependant on donor’s ethnicity)
• Contractual agreements regarding all agency relationships with donor/recipient.
• Administration of donor expenses
• Coordination of donor appointments & travel arrangements.
• Coordination of purchase of donor catastrophic medical insurance plan.
• Interface between EDA and the Clinic.

The program fee is payable by the Recipient at the time the Donor is selected from our PFC Egg Donor Registry.

The Donor's expenses include travel, meals and lodging while away from home for the medical procedures that are performed at the PFC site. These expenses vary depending upon the distance the Donor must travel from her residence to the Center. If the reserve for donor expenses is insufficient, then the Recipient will be notified and required to make up the difference. Any portion that is not used will be fully refunded to the Recipient.

(All fees are subject to change without advance notice. If the couple or individual and PFC have executed a financial agreement, the price stated in the agreement will be honored for the cycle, regardless)
