Treatment depends on whether sperm, egg, and uterus are available. We can craft an individualized plan regardless of whether you have started, plan to start, or wish to continue gender affirming hormone therapy. This might involve Intrauterine insemination or In Vitro Fertilization, with or without the involvement of third parties. The treatments will, of course, depend on the individual circumstances.
For male patients, we have a list of sperm banks that we work closely with including MySpermBank. For patients who are unable to achieve/maintain erection and/or ejaculation, we work with a reproductive urologist who offers specific sperm-saving procedures (including, but not limited to, electroejaculation and microscopic testicular sperm extraction).
